Excuses, Excuses, Excuses!

Hey dolls,

Ok so it’s been just under a month since I have posted on my blog, and the reason being is I just haven’t felt motivated enough to sit down and think up something to write about. And I wouldn't want to post something just to have something up on my blog because my heart would not have been in it.

Another reason why I haven’t blogged is as most of you may know that I am not working at the moment, so money is a has been a little tight and the little money I have been getting is for bills and other things that require money so I haven’t been able to really buy any thing for myself.

Another reason why I haven’t blogged is cos I've kind of been blogging about Avon products ALOT and I feel it becomes a little repetitive and boring. Don’t get me wrong I love Avon products but I don’t want my blog to be an "Avon" blog. I want it to be diverse and show different things.

So recently I got a little bit of extra fundage and I bought a few items :) (blog post to follow when the final few bits arrive).

Now I do have an Avon haul coming up from last month, I just didn’t get round to posting it. But I also have a haul coming up from Sleek and Evans clothing store (YAY for something new).

So hopefully this is the start of something new (oh lord I sound like I should break into song hahaha)

Hope you are all well.

I only got 2 things this campaign along with the last few bits to complete the tea set collection, you can see that post here.

I bought a lipstick and an earring set.

Ultra Color Rich Colordisiac Lipstick - Drawn to You - £1.50
This lipstick is lovely, it is so moisturising its unreal. And they have a really nice scent to them aswell. Im also quite fond of the the packaging aswell.

I felt rather patriotic and bought this lovely set of earrings. Not cos of the jubilee or anything but I really liked the look of them. My favourite one is the crown pair.

Avon C8

Hellooo,

Although I haven't been blogging I was still purchasing a few bits from Avon. Along with the few beauty products I bought I also got items from their tea set collection, you can see the post on them here.

ColorTrend have come out with these lip gloss and nail polish sets. I got the set in "FLIRTY". Very pink and very bright.

SWATCHES
ColorTremd Nail polish in FLIRTY - £1.50
I LOVE the colour but the only problem I find is that it chips really easily. I'm hoping that when I next wear it with a top coat all will be fine. The best thing I found about this polish is that it drys SUPER QUICK.

ColorTrend Lip gloss in FLIRTY - £2
Do you see how insanely bright this is? So shimmery and glitttery.
(Excuse how strange my hands look :-/)

Avon have come out with these new eyeliners in their glimmerstick range. They're chrome eyeliners. Now I was beyond disappointed with these, fair enough in the swatch they look pigmented and the colours are nice, but these look nothing like they did  in the catalogue.

Glimmerstick Chromes Eyeliner - Ultra Violet - £1.75
Glimmerstick Chromes Eyeliner - Night Star - £1.75

SWATCHES
Top -Ultra Violet
Bottom - Night Star

DVD haul :)

Hiiiiii,

So in the last week or so I've felt like purchasing some new additions to my collection.

On a random jaunt to Sainsbury's I went down the DVD aisle and picked up 2 movies I'd never seen before.
 What's your number? - £5
Starring Anna Faris and Chris Evans (such a hottie)
This was your typical rom com. It was ok but if Id seen it before buying it, it would not be in my collection.

 The Change Up - £5
When I saw this trailer I thought it looked funny and would be like your adult Freaky Friday. I watched and didn't really enjoy it like "What's your number" it was ok but again if I'd seen it before buying it wouldn't have mad the cut.

Amazon:
My Best Friend's Wedding - £5.57
Classic rom-com. That needs no explanation :)

 Godzilla - £4.87
CLASSIC monster movie. The main reason I bought this was because I was listening to the song by  Jamiroquai from the OST for this film and I was like I really wanna watch it now but only have it on VHS so I was like why not.

The Big Bang Theory - £22
I couldn't believe the price when I saw it. So I was like yup I'm getting this. When this show first came about I was a bit iffy about it but I'm glad I stuck with it cos it is frickin HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!
